Shipping & Delivery
- Where do you deliver? Currently, we only shipped to West Malaysia via Easyparcel. For customer from KL and Selangor, you can opt for Lalamove / Grab Express.
- Do you deliver internationally? No, we only deliver within Malaysia, but we are working to expand our delivery zones.
- How long will delivery take? All ready stocks items will take 1-5 working days to be shipped after order is placed. We will inform you via email on your delivery day. Please email etheahome@gmail.com for more enquiries.
- How do I track my parcel? Unfortunately, we do not have this feature available at the moment. However, we will inform you as soon as your order is confirmed on the expected delivery date and time.
- What are the shipping charges like? The Shipping fee is calculated according to the total weight of your items, as below :
